Austin based Day Tripper is the perfect band for
your private party, wedding reception, or corporate event.
Day Tripper provides a very real, live re-creation of Classic
Rock, Rhythm & Blues hits by the Beatles, The Rolling Stones,
Chuck Berry, and many other music legends.
The four piece lineup includes:
Peter Bleicher - lead guitar,
Oscar Decker - rhythm/lead vocals,
Larry Seyer - bass, and
Steve Meador - drums.
Bleicher plays George Harrison / Chuck Berry lead solos with his
eyes closed.
Decker performed frequently at the legendary Armadillo World
Headquarters and recorded his original music at Electric
Ladyland Studios in New York City.
Seyer has earned 10 Grammy Awards for sound
engineering / record production.
Meador has toured with Carol King, performed at Carnegie Hall
and the Royal Albert Hall.
Some of the Austin landmarks the band has performed at include:
Antones Nightclub, The Continental Club, Green Pastures,
Threadgills, Waterloo Icehouse, and the Collings Guitars NAMM
2006 & 2007 Shows.
