Congratulations! You're getting married. Regular exercise and good eating habits, will be especially helpful to maintain your physical and emotional well being.

Strenuous exercises such as jogging, aerobics and weight lifting are best done in a controlled situation with a consultant or trainer. A health and exercise spa or gym will usually offer personal sports as well as diet consultation and progress reports.

Another alternative to regular health clubs and gyms is "firming and toning" studios. These studios offer separate exercise units that are designed to help you lose inches and build muscle tissue. These studios usually do not focus much on weight loss as on firming muscle, but nutritionists are often on staff to help with diet control.

Whichever personal health program you choose, it should be one that helps you relieve tension, eat and sleep well, and gives you added energy to enjoy this special time of planning your wedding and your exciting new life!
