Recently we were sent a link to a website that we found intriguing.  We found ourselves at a site called Rosso Solini Secret Designer Soles and we couldn’t tear our eyes away.  We were instantly drawn to the red soles and many other options to transform an every day pair of heels into something quite special.

 

And no other day could be more special to wear special shoes than on your wedding day.  So we have found some truly divine options that a lot of brides are gravitating towards for their bridal shoes. Here are a few we found to be very popular lately:

 

 

1. Rosso Solini - This teen run company has hit the ground running and in just over a year has made its claim in a competitive industry. These adhesive soles replicate the famous red soles of Louboutin’s signature shoe, but they don’t stop there. We loved all the different color options, multi-packs, and even glitter textures. The ones we recommend, of course, is their wedding sole pack. They provide a visual distraction when least expected.

 

Downside: One you adhere them to a pair of shoes, you can’t put them on any other pair. You have to keep purchasing additional packs to change or add to your collection.

2. Glitter shoes: The Bridalandwedding shop from Etsy.com can provide this customized sparkler in just about any color you want. The remind us of Dorothy’s ruby slippers, only in silver. This online store can embellish your special shoes in various ways. This pair, compare to a similar Kate Spade look for less than half the price.

 

Down side: Make sure the fabric on your gown won’t snag on the glitter throughout the day.

3. Swarovski shoes: Online store, Blingedoutbliss from Etsy.com also has some wedding day stunners available for the ordering.  They can customize just about any current pair of shoes you own. When finished, these shoes have the look of Louboutin’s at a fraction of the price.  We love that these could be your “something blue” or, provide your signature color to an otherwise colorless ensemble.

 

Downside: Well, they aren’t Louboutin’s…but slap on a pair of red Rosso Solini soles from up above, and it’s your secret. Shhhh.

4. Christian Louboutin - Can you say, “Yum?” These Fifi Strass heels have to be the ultimate extravagance for any day of the year. We know they are on the extreme high end of most people’s budgets, but…you’ll own them forever!  And come on ladies, they really do go with everything.

 

Downside: You might have to cut your budget elsewhere in your wedding to be able to afford these. Ehhh…who needs to eat anyway, right?
