Painted Horse Pavilion is a tasteful
and affordable non-smoking facility for weddings/receptions, and
many other events. It is a very versatile facility that can be
decorated to fit the occasion. The
Painted Horse Pavilion is located west of Buda on FM 1626,
overlooking the Banks of Onion Creek, a short 30-minute drive from
downtown Austin, and a 30-minute drive from San Marcos. The deck,
decorated with white lights, overlooking Onion Creek is an ideal
outside venue for weddings and receptions. A private bridal
dressing room is provided. The temperature-controlled
pavilion can seat 400 guests.
Tables and chairs are
available at no extra charge. Alcoholic beverages can be served
but not sold. We offer on site catering or you may bring in your
own food or the caterer of your choice. The Painted Horse
Pavilion is now offering an in-house decorating service so the
bride, family and friends can relax and enjoy this special day
